Famous of Japanese Ramen, my roommate was its top fan. I know their signature dish was fair Tonkotsu soup, using the unique culinary method to ensure all flavours were sealed into the broth. It was healthy and affordable restaurant in Singapore.Browsing their menu, I decide to have this. Talking about the soup, it was heavenly thick and rich. I like Miso soup to go along with Ramen, their food was up to standard. Portion was okay, Crayfish was given generously huge. By now, I understand why my roommate so fancy about Ajisen. I am going to try their other food next round.張貼
