Overall feels that there is a lot of fried food. Firstly there is Fried Mee Siam, which is not spicy at all. There is also Breaded Scallop Nuggets and Golden Spring Rolls which are not crispy at all. There is also Crispy Fish with Oat Cereals which is quite crispy but the fish does not taste fresh to me. The braised beancurd with assorted vegetables is tender and well cooked. The Signature Four Seasons Chicken tastes like char siew chicken with its sweet char grilled taste. We ends the meal with
