The duck meat was tender and had totally absorbed all the flavours from the braising sauce. I love it when there's still a bit of skin left on, because that little bit of fat from the skin will really heighten the flavours of the duck meat. This is my favourite braised duck stall and I definitely hope they'll continue to cook and serve their yummy braised duck for many years to come!
