awesome fried fish soup

I drove to this coffee shop with my girlfriend for their fried fish soup. Their fried fish soup is indeed really good, if you like the milky ones, then this stall is just for you. The soup is so milky. the thick bee hoon does not absorb the soup and it is cooked perfectly, not too soft and it is a little chewy too. The fish they use is so fresh and sweet. The fish is deep fried till very crispy but when placed in the hot bowl of soup, it softens and absorbs the milky fragrance. They are very gen

The soup is so milky. the thick bee hoon does not absorb the soup and it is cooked perfectly, not too soft and it is a little chewy too. The fish they use is so fresh and sweet. The fish is deep fried till very crispy but when placed in the hot bowl of soup, it softens and absorbs the milky fragrance. They are very generous with their vegetables, I didn’t like this vegetable cos sometimes it taste a little bitter. But as a whole, the soup is just really good, so tasty. enjoyed my bowl of noodles.
