After spending a year in Manhatten, New York learning the fine art of American baking, East Manhatten Bakery was born, serving freshly baked authentic, artisanal bread, tarts and cakes.
Last year, East Manhatten Bakery Cafe was opened in the West of Singapore at Lorong Kilat serving not only bread but also many other signature dishes.

I highly recommend the Salmon Quinoa for a gluten free meal. Fish is crispy on the outside but extremely tender on the inside, served with very delectable creamy mushroom sauce.

The Lobster Bisque soup was very yummy and additive, definitely worth a try too!!!
