Butterfly cupcake is an old school traditional kind of pastry and I've been wanting to try Dong Po's version as I heard it is nice! I tried it before from some other bakeries and they all tasted average. Upon the first bite, the feeling was like an instant 'shiok!' The cupcake is dense and I love the aromatic butter taste in the buttercream, which compliments really well with the plain cupcake batter.
