Love drinking ba kut teh, since my mum is lazy to cook, we decided to eat out. Each bowl cost $7 and we were given a choice of lean meat or fatty meat. The soup base is a clear base type, and the pepper taste is there but definitely not too strong. The meat was cooked till soft, tender, and easy to chew. The you tiao taste good too after soaking into the soup.
