I experienced one of the worst restaurant service in my life when my dance committee and i went down for dinner the other day.First and foremost to be more objective speaking, I think the food served at the restaurant was of a pretty good standard. There is a good choice of variety and the servings were really huge! First and foremost to be more objective speaking, I think the food served at the restaurant was of a pretty good standard. There is a good choice of variety and the servings were really huge! The food itself I would say is delightful and filling, especially suited for fish lovers!
But besides the food, the bad service provided even before you get to have your meal can already turn customers off.
The staffs kept coming to our table with the wrong orders, you couldn't even count the number of times with ten fingers. Serving the wrong orders aside, i had to wait at least 20-30 mins for my food to be served.
I think the problem lies with the miscommunication among the staffs. Glasses of water asked to be refilled were not attended to even after requesting for it several times. And the bill took a long time to come.
Overall, i would say i will not be patronising that outlet again.
