basil chicken rice

My girlfriend and I happened to be around the bukit panjang area so we headed to bukit panjang plaza for dinner. There had many restaurant but we settled for our favourite thai express. As I was craving for some authentic spicy thai food, I ordered the thai basil chicken rice. The portion turned out to be quite a lot. They used minced chicken meat and stirred fried with some spicy basil sauce. The portion of the meat and sauce was a lot, I finished all my rice but there were still a lot of meat.

They used minced chicken meat and stirred fried with some spicy basil sauce. The portion of the meat and sauce was a lot, I finished all my rice but there were still a lot of meat. The chicken meat was very tender, it went so well with the rice. The basil sauce was a little hot though, I finished two glass of water. But the sauce was real good, best eaten with the rice.
