Here is one of my favorite places for beef noodles. Noodles soaked in the thick and flavorful gravy, topped with slices of beef. The noodle is very smooth, and you can slide it down your throat. The slices of beef are cooked well and very tender. Occasionally I will order the beef tendons with rice. The tendons are quite slimy and chewy. The entire bowl is beef tendon, and I would not advise you to order it by yourself if you had not tried it before. Some people do not like it for its 'weird' te
