This chicken rice left a very deep impression on me because of their close attention to details. I used to always order the Chicken Rice ($3) when I was working nearby. The chicken is very tender and fresh, and somehow you can just taste that it's a few notches higher than the usual "chicken rice" at any other hawker centres. They also have a soup accompanying the rice, which contains corn and you can tell that the soup base has been simmered in chicken bones for hours. Not some MSG-laden sort o
Their cutlery is always clean (you may think it's basic but many could not achieve this) throughout my frequent visits to the stall. Haven't tried Tian Tian yet, but I think this is the best chicken rice in SG and should be quite difficult to be better than this. They always have a long queue at lunchtime, but clears very fast.
