Went to Singapore Food & Beverage fair today and came across this stall selling carrot cake except that it offered 10 different flavors! All the extra flavors they add seasoning powder for the taste. The uncle and aunty at the booth was really nice and friendly. They recommend the original flavor but I like seaweed so I ordered carrot cake with nori seaweed.My first bite and I could bite and taste the chai po. My first bite and I could bite and taste the chai po. Crunchy, salty and just so yummy with the egg and carrot cake. The carrot cake wasn't oily and the salt level is just nice. Couldn't really taste much of the seaweed but who cares when the carrot cake is so delicious!
I'll definitely go AMK to find this stall.
