I didn't know about Plain Vanilla until one of my friend introduced me. This place is pretty hard to find as you will need to take note of the signboard and take a stairs up.. It I located in Holland village and they also have another outlet recently. They have many flavours to choose from and all of their cupcakes look so good. It cost $3.50 for a cupcake. Apart from the red velvet, I tried the cookies & cream, the hazelnut and salted caramel. I really liked the red velvet and cookies and cream.
