I was lucky enough to have a Morton's steak for lunch. And my god, it still is the best steak I've ever tasted in my life. I had the rib eye steak, medium rare. The chef said that this doneness is the recommended one for steaks for it brings out the full flavour and tenderness.Anyway, I saw how it was prepared. The meat was very tender and juicy. The fat was also the bomb, it was very flavourful and even though eating this part made me feel guilty, I just couldn't stop...
For one ribeeye steak, it was $102++. Quite expensive, huh? But to tell you the truth, it was worth it.
