Have to go early lest run the risk of this being sold out!We always visit this shop on sat mornings when we are not on duty.The kueh is of this consistency that I can't describe... it's ubber SOFT! But amazingly still holds its shape.. can't go wrong with this. The coconut is soooooo fragrant and juicy (v v v fresh), the kueh is very fragrant and not too sweet... Everyone we bought for all rave about it and it's addictive.
Even upon chilling, it keeps its softness, it's just a little firmer after chilling.
A must try!!
