Ordered this dry noodle with fried sauce from this stall. Since the menu is in both English and Chinese, I ordered this noodle in English but the stall assistant couldn't understand my order and so I told her the dish number on the menu but she still query. Only after saying in Chinese does she get what I want to order. Their handmade noodle is not springy but it's soft and chewy. Luckily, the sauce and ingredients are nice.
