I love the big pau from crystal jade. I am not sure if they have the steamed ones, as I could only see the chilled ones around. It comes in a box of twos or threes. The bread itself is very very soft and fluffy, and is those dimsum kind of pau. It is an enjoyment eating the bread alone. The filling is very generous, and the meat is very tender and marinated.
