My family of 4, plus my boyfriend, celebrated my mom's birthday dinner here at Novotel. Located just beside Liang Court, in fact they are also connected. The Square is situated on the 7th floor of Novotel Hotel, an international buffet spread that comes with a bbq food section outdoors that would not smoke and stink up the air-conditional indoors area. The chili and black pepper crabs, though not a perfect 10/10, they are also worth the shot to try as for a hotel buffet standard, I must say that they are still awesome.
Lastly, the Japanese sushi and sashimi are kept clean and fresh as they are not left out in the open but in the see-through refrigerator glass and could be requested upon the chef's service.
A must-try for everyone. My mom also ordered a bottle a red wine for the happy occasion.
