Heard alot of good reviews about Cedele and decided to have a try. We called to book beforehand but realized that there isnt a need to book as they are alot of seats available when we reach. I decided to try their pasta and ordered the mushroom and bacon pasta.
It is something like carbonara but the sauce is quite unique. However, the linguine is quite hard, not fully cooked. i would prefer the linguine to be softer. Another friend of mine ordered another type of pasta and her spaghetti was quite hard too. I find that they should cook the pasta longer so that it will be softer. Their sauce actually saved the whole pasta dish. The sauce is thick and unique.My friend ordered their sandwich and she was given choices for her bread. she ordered the bread with walnut and it tasted very nice. She ordered the chicken peperonata burger and it was awesome!
carrot walnut cake.It is the best seller! It is very unique as there are many walnuts at the side. They are very generous with the walnuts! The cake has 4 layer. 2 layer of the carrot cake and 2 layer of the cream cheese. Really love the carrot cake as it is a perfect mix of everything.
