Was supposed to go for a lunay 7th month dinner but I have 3 hours to kill before the dinner starts. So I went window shopping at Bedok Point & decided to stop by Popeye's for a bite first. The mashed potato is good. Not very salty. I also like the biscuits as it is not buttery. However, the shrimps were a disappointment. The batter comes off after the first bite, and the size was rather small.
