This is my first time trying carrot cake from this store. Although i live jurong area, i don't really travel to Boon lay for food. Well, when I was at there, this carrot cake store was on Television as it was nominated as one of the Singapore cheapest food. The carrot cake costs $2. It really like the texture of it, it was soft and springy. The egg was fully cooked. It was not very oily. They only cooked immediately on the spot once you ordered so it will take a little longer time.
