Ajisen Ramen (已結業)

The black ramen is an interesting dish that I have been wanting to try. I ordered the seafood black ramen set which comes with an ala carte side and a drink. The soup does appear to be black when served, but it actually turns brown upon mixing. The ingredients in the ramen includes an egg, crab stick, squids and two scallops. I would love to have more scallops as they were small. The seafood is fresh and sweet. The soup is sweet and has a light salty taste. I picked the dumpling side. The dumpli
