Patisserie Glace

This shop has been my no.1 choice whenever i crave for light cream cakes. Their cakes never fails to give me a sense of blissfulness whenever i savour them. Below is one of their signature cake-strawberry souffle. It is basically a light japanese cheesecake sandwiched between soft sponge cake, interlayered with fresh cream, and topped with juicy strawberries. The different layer blend so well it gives the cake a much more satisfying 'ohm!' then just a simple piece of light japanese cheesecake.
