After having lunch with colleagues, our boss treated us all for dessert! (YAY!) Blong Ice Cream is located at the basement of Balmoral Plaza. It's one of those places which you won't get to notice at first but I loved the artsy fartsy look and ambiance of the place. The place is not really that big but what caught my attention was their walls which are filled with polaroid pictures of their satisfied and happy customers. Blong offers a wide variety of flavors and all of them looked really good!

Blong offers a wide variety of flavors and all of them looked really good! So for a first timer like us, it will really give you a hard time to choose what flavor to pick. Since pistachio nuts are one of my favorite snacks to munch on, I ended up picking the Salted Caramel with Pistachio flavor. I like the sweet and salty taste of the ice cream and how the sweetness of caramel was perfect in every bite of pistachio nuts.
There was nothing really special about their ice cream, but still it wasn't a very bad experience after all!
