I had went to Tanglin Halt Food Centre and saw a few stalls having long queues during Lunch time.One of them was Ah Ho Boneless Braised Duck & Chicken. As I was hungry today, I decided to order with rice instead.The taste of the duck skin was well braised, with a thicker than usual fat under the skin.However, the duck meat was tender, not dry but taste slightly to the bland side, without the braised taste, unless you dipped the meat into the braised sauce.Overall, I still preder the Old Buona Vi

The taste of the duck skin was well braised, with a thicker than usual fat under the skin.
However, the duck meat was tender, not dry but taste slightly to the bland side, without the braised taste, unless you dipped the meat into the braised sauce.
Overall, I still preder the Old Buona Vista Boneless Braised Duck as it has a much sweeter taste of meat.
