Is recommended by my friendas im a fan of pork knuckle,he bring me here to try Their pork knuckle was great It's very tender, drenched in a clear gravy which tends to make the crackling a bit soggy, Brotzeit serves the gravy separately, which allows for the crackling to be enjoyed in all its crispy gloryInstead of roast potatoes, it came with a rather interesting cold potato saladwhich is very refreshing We also tried their liver pate with German bread,it tasted good too but bread was a bit too

Instead of roast potatoes, it came with a rather interesting cold potato salad
which is very refreshing
We also tried their liver pate with German bread,it tasted good too but bread was a bit too dry & hard
