Crystal Jade My Bread was located in the basement of Clementi Mall, a few steps away from its competitor of the same trade. They are famous for its Char Siew Polo Buns and I cant find any reason not to purchase. Like most of the polo buns in the market, its outler layer was caramelized coated and Crystal Jade's comes with black sesame on top of th bun.. The outer smells of milky fragrance. As for its Taro (Yam) Fillings, I finds it quite "jerlat" after having some. It was quite dry and almost tasteless.
