Duck leg confit burgerNew and creative to have duck meat as burger. And there is also orange on top of the meat to clear the oiliness and the sourness can light up the whole dish. The salad has fresh vege, fried bacon and crouton on top which is a good combination. Esp the bacon was so fragrant can't stop eating it.
