this bread is quite a delicious ones among the cake history bread i bought and tried. simply because i love to eat chicken floss, sesame and bread! however i think the flour that cake history bakery used is not so high in protein as compared to other brand of bakery shop. because the bread from cake history is quite soft and not that chewy
