Vanilla Crepe & Green Tea MousseThe signature Vanilla crepe is lightly caramelized at the top and side. The soft textured of layered cake made up from a thin crepes and filled with a vanilla cream between each layer.
It was delicious on the first few touch. But after that, we felt very filled and full due to the cream hence it ends up we didn't finish it.
The sponge cake of Green Tea Mousse is a unique cake for a fans of Japanese Green tea because the green tea taste & smell is quite strong. The covered fresh whipped cream
is a bit too creamy which i think it is a fattening so i removed the cream before i put it on my mouth.
