I was surprised to see that Carousel offered such reasonably priced High Tea buffet! For just $33++, you can totally savour a wide variety of food. I simply adore their sandwiches section, their sandwich is not the normal kind that we eat, it is the open face kind. I love the one with the egg mayo. Their sandwiches are so bite size that you can simply pop it into your mouth and don’t feel full at all. They also have a sashimi and seafood counter. Though the variety is not as much as the dinner or lunch buffet but it was good enough for me as I had my fill of sashimi and prawns. They also have local cuisine like nasi lemak and gado gado. I love their dessert station, all the delicate cakes and pastries, totally hit the spot. And they also have red bean soup to warm your stomach.
