Bukit Timah Food Centre has many carrot cake stalls and all of them have some queues. So I am not sure which stall is the best.I had decided to try this stall at the corner manned by a lady and her daugthers.There was a queue, the wait was about fifteen minutes.Their carrot cake was fried until outer layer cripsy, though inside the carrot cake filling taste a bit bland. Maybe they did not put enough cai poh.
