Tuck in the corner of Changi Village Hawker Centre, you will be able to see the one and only stall selling Carrot Cake and nothing else.  I was swept by the presence of the eggs & black sauce together with the chopped garlic. Taste of chopped garlic was not too overpowering and strikes a right amount of sweet and saltiness among the cubes of soft black coated yummy carrot cakes.
