The char siew su is soft and fresh. The skin is very thin and does not stick to the teeth. The thin skin allows you to taste the sweet char siew filling better else would be eating flour. The skin has a light buttery flavor which is very fragrant. The filling is not fatty and sweet. It is also very generous with the filling.
