Saizeriya is a Japanese chain of family-style Italian restaurants with outlets in China, Australia and now Singapore. One of the most popular dishes here is Oven Grilled Escargots ($5.90) which comese sizzling hot. It is very tasty with lots of buttery minced garlic on top.
