This is my second visit to Hilton Hotel dinner. I like their cold plate Prawn Salad, the taste was quite unique. Hua Diao prawn - prawn not very fresh,but quite sweet, no hua diao taste at allThe fish was nicest among all, it was very tender,goes well with their sauce. Herbal Chicken Soup was a bit oily, soup have the herbal taste but chicken was bland, tasteless. I find the Black Noodles quite unique, inside have prawn, scallops, mushroom, but not much taste.Their Mango Pudding was nice. Servic
