chicken and pork satay

I decided to try the satay from this stall, normally my girlfriend and I will order only chicken satay cos she does not like mutton taste, but here had pork satay so we decided to give it a try. The satay was pretty good, the meat was marinated perfectly, it tasted really nice. the chicken and pork were grilled well and had the charred bits. the meat was very tender and juicy. I think the pork one tasted slightly better than the chicken one as it has a more chewy texture. The satay gravy was ver

I think the pork one tasted slightly better than the chicken one as it has a more chewy texture. The satay gravy was very thick and had the traditional pineapple puree in it. It was very rich in the peanut flavour and taste. As a whole it was pretty good.
