Ginza Bairin is famed for its pork katsu. I wasn't really feeling in the mood for pork so i opted for chicken instead. This is the Chicken Katsu Curry ($11.00). It comes with a deep-fried breaded chicken served in Japanese curry.The chicken was soft and juicy and the batter was crispy and crunchy to a T. Not sure how it works but could try it out sometime.
