Brought a plate of chicken rice for lunch. Firstly, the soup have a very fresh and fragrance chicken bone aroma and has a thin layer of oil. As for the rice, it was also very fragrance, grain by grain, not too sticky nor oily and is well cooked. Finally, the chicken itself is cold as it is dipped into cold water before chopping. It has a soft and tender texture, skin is not oily, taste good with the chicken meat. The good thing is that the chicken meat has very little bones in it. Seasoning sauc

Seasoning sauce is added to the chicken to enhance the flavour of the chicken. The seasoning is not salty, goes well with the rice. The chili sauce is not very spicy and has a watery texture.
