I ordered a plate of chicken plus one braised egg from Xing Yun Hainanese Chicken rice for sharing with my wife. I thought it is quite special that this stall uses tomatoes as the "garnishing" instead of cucumber. The chicken here is really tender and soft. The chicken skin is quite bouncy and has a very springy texture which I love. THe gravy here is not too saltish and it helps to enhance the taste of the chicken.
