Chicken set $5 inclusive of a bowl of horfun soup (it's actually kway tiao but they call it hor fun). There's a choice of horfun or chicken rice and I chose the hor fun. The non-set costs $3.50. The chicken was tender and I was so glad to see an abundant amount of beansprouts generously placed beside the chicken. It was definitely worth the price of $5 which was not bad for food court price and tasted acceptable too.I was surprised to learn that there is a stall selling noodles for $2 a bowl! Ye

I was surprised to learn that there is a stall selling noodles for $2 a bowl! Yes, I had a bowl of trishaw noodles at an unbelievable price of $2. There were no ingredients in it though but the soup broth was very flavourful as I could taste dried shrimps in it (instead of the usual dried oysters) and perhaps some m.s.g. The noodles tasted like the flat hokkien noodles except that they were thick like udon. Worth a try since it is so cheap!
