Chinese New Year dinner with ex-secondary school mates! This time, I suggested Crystal Jade Dinning-in. Apart from the usual yusheng & broccoli, we also ordered the following Half-Peking Duck - Super crispy skin & not very oily. Should have ordered 1 whole duck!BBQ Combination of Suckling Pig, Roast Pork & CharSiew. Skin of the Roast Pork is super crispy! Baked Prawn w/Salted Egg Yoke - Again, I'm a sucker for anything with salted egg, but I would prefer those fried with curry leaves.We also ord
