A classic fried noodles with a few simple ingredients. Personally prefer darker noodles with more soy sauce, it tasted heavier and more flavourful but not too salty. The chef very clever, using pepper to emphasize the taste of noodles.

It was a lighter version, in term of taste, with a little hint of sesame and soy. Nothing special, a decent fried meehoon with pork, carrot, egg and fish cake. The meehoon was tender, not overcooked.
After tasting these two main dishes, both of us satisfied with it and will be back to try out other food.
