First of all I apologize for the terrible photo, but ION Orchard was really crowded. Even after I moved to a corner to try to snap a photo, there were still a few people walking into me and giving me weird stares for taking photo of an ice cream. HEI ice creamThis is their signature item. Their creations are called "hei", meaning "black", because it's a super premium dark chocolate ice cream made with natural ingredients. This has got to be the thickest and most chocolatey ice cream I've ever eaten! It doesn't taste too sweet, and I was told that it's because it's mostly made up of cocoa, so there's no corner-cutting in this.
Even in the terrible photo above, the fact that the ice cream can still be seen peeking out from the top of the box, shows that the portion given is rather generous too!
