The huge chunks of chicken and chinese wax sausage placed on the claypor rice really whets the appetite of one. This claypot rice is tasty and flavourful. The most special part of this claypot rice is that they uses charcoal throughout to cook the rice. This allows the rice to be fragrant and at the end, there will also have those crispy rice bites that my family and I will fight for it.
