Happened to be in the area in the evening one day and we decided to drop by this cafe serving a dinner menu. Collective Brewers is located along Changi road and if you are not observant, you would just miss this quaint little cafe. hardly the best pull pork around. Spammed with bbq sauce, you don't taste the smokiness of the pork, or did they even smoke it ? disappointing to say the least. Pandan chicken
We were surprised at the name of the dish and expected something amazing. Unfortunately, it too came out blend with just a hint of pandan flavour. Thankfully the chicken patty was juicy.
