My ultimate Jap Comfort Food! Clear Soup Udon with Sweet Beancurd. The soup was well seasoned with Katsuobushi and the udon was at the right texture (neither was it too chewy nor soft). When the grilled eel was bigger than the sushi rice, heaven seem got closer. The fillet almost covered the sushi below. If you really like the oily and sweet grilled eel, you will definitely like it. The sweetness from the sauce totally covered the sourness from the sushi ricce and the strong oily eel taste just make it too jelat (overwhelming) to finish by one person.
