Across all the food courts, hawker centres or major coffee shops, there would definitely be at least one handmade noodle stall which proved about the demand. Anchovies were a lot but not too salty, minced pork and egg mixed around together with good taste. You Mian was mushier than Ban Mian, I prefer the Ban Mian texture. Only $3.50 each bowl, the price was not too expensive.
