If I want consistent quality of wanton mee, I look no further than the Pontian franchise of noodles. I am glad they have a branch in Holland Village Food Centre so it can be a back-up when I exhaust my food choices.The black sauce in the noodles is a nice change from the normal ketchup base and I appreciate the fact that the noodles is not as oily and the char siew is always lean.
