Every time I'm at Marche, I would definitely order their Swiss Rosti, which is consistently good. The grated potatoes are slightly firm and not mushy, and the top layer is always nice and crisp. With a sprinkling of salt , this dish is simple but it never fails We also got the Parma Ham Pizza which was quite good too, consisting of parma ham, sliced tomatoes, arugula & cheese. I always try to have some vegetables in every meal so I got the Mixed Vegetables. Basically, you choose the size you want (I got the smallest bowl) and you just fill it up with whatever vegetables you want. I filled my bowl up with some grilled whole mushrooms, broccoli, red cabbage slaw and sliced zucchini & peppers. There were other choices like brussel sprouts, pasta salad etc which I didn't take. What I love about this is that you can mix and match what you like from a wide variety of yummy vegetables.
